Traditionally, the 22nd Niege Ümgang opens the 87th. Warnemünder WocheThe parade is followed by a varied opening program featuring historical figures and music and dance performances in the Kurhaus garden. At the Warnemünde Beach Arena, the Beach Handball Days offer sporting action on the sand.

Glashäger brings stars to the beach: Tocotronic and Hinterlandgang come to Warnemünde
As part of the 87th Warnemünder Woche There's a very special surprise for guests of this major maritime event: The GLASHÄGER Beach Concerts will bring live music directly to the beach on July 10, starting at 16 p.m. Tocotronic, Hinterlandgang, Les Bummms Boys, and Lappalie will play an open-air concert at the Strand Arena Warnemünde.

In addition to the sailing competitions on the water and plenty of action on land and on the beach, the Warnemünde Dragon Boat Festival will take place at the southern end of the Alter Strom on 12 and 13 July 2025. The personal interaction, many large teams and numerous spectators at the Alter Strom are always a guarantee for an atmospheric event on the second weekend of the Warnemünder Woche.
The Beach Handball Days are a popular classic tournament on the beach in Warnemünde. 30 men's and 24 women's teams from across Germany are expected to participate in the 24th edition of the event.
Within the Warnemünder Woche The fight for the crown in German beach rugby will take place again on the Baltic Sea beach.
